Good service and on time delivery

I am not sure about previous reviewers, perhaps there are specific individuals in the company that don't care about their work as one of my calls were dropped. I do not like that the company policy prohibits drivers from phoning the recipients when they are outside. I will say this much, I have received good service from UPS SA nonetheless. A lady that I unfortunately don't know the name off contacted me early next morning to notify me that the package failed delivery due intercom issues. She happily changed the address which was then suppose to be delivered to next day only to have the package be delivered the same day earlier than expected. Thanks so much to whoever that lady was for assisting me this morning at 07:12 and thanks UPS SA for on time service and delivery!
