I paid for expedited delivery, and delivery was fine until it reached south africa - had to send them proof of payment 3 times before they moved the parcel to the next stage, received an email saying that my parcel will be delivered the next day, and now there is additional information pending with no calls or information as to the status of my parcel - this service is pathetic. DO NOT USE UPS SOUTH AFRICA
