G Star and UPS are useless

<p>I placed an order on the 22/07/2016 with G Star on their website for delivery in South Africa the payment went through quick but the package is still at customes according to Kagiso Mogotsi from UPS South africa who collected too many documents from me and she still doesnt know when my package will come through. The UPS management is so useless that when I requested to speak to one of them none of them was in the office and she doesnt even know when one of them will be available. </p>
