********** custom charges

Please beware of this company. There service is poor and nobody is ever ready to provide an answer when you call their helpline. Rather they keep rejecting or avoiding your calls and toss you around until you probably get tired or battery drained off your cellphone. My package 1ZX2W*** has been in the country since 3weeks and they would inflate the custom charges and force you to pay. It’s suspicious because after the shipper recent an updated commercial invoice, they promised to reassess it and recalculate only for them to continuously sending me the same link to pay the outrageous amount everyday. So for somebody to just attend to me and explain what they have actually recalculated has been a big deal for 3weeks. I have spent more than 300zar phoning this ********** company everyday until now and non of their staff can explain anything or the reason why I have to pay that amount. I think they **** people with that crazy bills and share the money within themselves on their company
