EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE FROM UNITED PARCEL SERVICES (UPS)

I hereby wish to express my total dissatisfaction with the extremely poor service from UPS The courier who had to collect my document had no waybill and left without the document, this after I had explained to UPS a thousand times how urgent the matter was. The WORST SERVICE and experience I have ever had in my life. I don't even want to give them 1 star. I will not recommend UPS ever. DHL gives far better rates and service.
