Extremely disappointed

i have had similar problems. They have been contacting me relentlesly regarding payment of custom duties and taxes.now that i have paid i can't get hold of anone. Even the no they contacted me on, does not get answered.I need this parcel urgently,sincerely hope it is not delayed
