ENOUGH IS ENOUGH -

I have complained about UPS South Africa office before, and yet again I have another reason to explode as to their non existance communication and level of service! So I thought I'd check in to see if I was the omly one. Horrified to read other reports posted on Hello Peter...... does South African office management have no good business ethics or concerns, about these reports. Their staff have no clue as to which countries are EU members and thus no duties incurred. But yet time and time again I am charged duty and have to point out to them their error. Then we wait! I ask on numerous times for them to call me - no ways - could not be bothered. Have asked for Managers name to speak directly with him / her - nothing!!!!!! Will definatley ask our UK company to use anyone else but UPS in South Africa.... Service is not their priortiy - really not sure what is.
