Don't use UPS

The 20th of September they phoned me to ask for my ID nr for an incoming package from a company that always sends me packages. On the 26th only they send me an email saying I should pay for the package (which I have never done with other courier companies before), which I do and send Proof of Payment to them. On the 31st they send me an email asking me to kindly confirm receipt of invoice and send proof of payment to them, at which time I tell them that I have already paid and it should reflect on their bank account. On the 1st I ask them what is happening with my package and they said it should be with me on the 2nd. Today the 3rd I still don't have my package which is urgent. So I urge you don't use UPS. You're going to wait and pay while waiting. Where with other companies you don't pay and don't wait.
