DO NOT USE UPS,TERRIBLE SERVICE, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE

I come back to hello Peter for the second Time to complain about this UPS

WARNING! Do not use UPS for your courier needs - Terrible service, despite daily follow-up for more than 25days Having supp**** all the details five times now, their system still says "held pending information". Calling customer service you are placed on hold for 45 minutes! I still do not have my package after it being in the country for more than a month already!

Their has not been any progress after daily calls to them and I am just sent in circles all the time .
