Do not use ups,pathetic service and efficiency

WARNING! Do not use UPS for your courier needs - Terrible service, despite daily follow-up for more than 12 days Having supp**** all the details twice, their system still says "held pending information". Calling customers service you are placed on hold for 45 minutes!

I still do not have my package after it being in the country for more than a month already!
