Do Not Use UPS South Africa

I will Not recommend UPS South Africa , Stay Away , use a different delivery service , First they Charge you a Huge delivery amount to get an item from USA to SA , Then you receive another invoice in SA with Brokerage fees , Disbur*****t Fee and finally (I do understand this one) , Duties Fees , The delivery was more than the item at the end, Then when you call the office they just say we sorry but this is the Fee payable or you will not get the package , You will also see their lack of interest in replying to customer issues (On Hello Peter they rep**** 1 out of 27 emails send this year) Pathetic secondly they have a 2.2 rating on Google , Figures
