Do not use UPS Courier

Please if you buy something from UK, don't let the sender use UPS, the service is very poor on the SA side. After you paid customs and costs and received notice that your parcel has been released by the government agency, your parcel just go "back" in system and being scanned over and over, there is no use to try and enquire because the "agents" give different feedback than that showing on the system ......so please demand that your sender use another service provider UPS South African division really lacks service excellence and they are not very helpfull and there is no COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT
