The only way to get any attention is through Hello Peter! I have been holding again for over 15 minutes to go through to customer service. The phone is just not answered. I have a shipment that was abandoned after your accounts department never allocated my payment for customs VAT. I was told it would be retrieved after 14 days. Still waiting, not progress, no feedback, no indication of how long I must still wait.

Such a ******* company. Every time I deal with you everything is an absolute mess. I deal with many other freight and courier companies and UPS is the worst. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!
