DO NOT US UPS DELIVERIES - THEY ARE THE WORST EVER!!!

Wow. Whatever you do - DO NOT use UPS... not only did they completely ***** me with an unwanted fee of almost R200 to clear my parcel through customs, which I never authorized or asked them to do - they then proceeded to ignore my mails for almost FOUR days while I tried to get answers on where my package was after I paid their exorbitant and unwanted fee they demanded. Package was delivered eventually to my office after I was cc'd into an email all these days later - where the UPS employee stated "this customer has made payment and the delivery is overdue" - the idiots that then arranged the delivery demanded that my colleague that took care of my delivery (due to me being in a meeting), pay the stupid exorbitant amount to them via card machine immediately or they can't hand over the package - so now this outrageously stupid delivery company has been paid TWO exorbitant amounts for the ****test service I have ever experienced. To top it all off, I have been on hold for 42 minutes trying to speak to someone about the urgent refund of the money that doesn't belong to them. Worst service I have ever experienced - WORSE THAN TELKOM!!!
