Disgusting service, ***** your money

<p>Tried to send a package urgently, on Monday. It is now Friday, UPS computer system doesnt show them the pick address as requested even though its on the label. Double bill you, cant get an explanation on this. Takes 1/2 an hour every time you try and phone them.</p>
