Disgusting service! How dare you!

I cannot believe the way your call centre and delivery staff have dealt with this situation. Your staff member, Tebogo, had the audacity to speak to a client in the most disgusting way, telling us that we are not listening to him refusing to allow us to talk to his manager.

He then "instructed" us to be available for the ENTIRE day on Monday because he would not tell us when the package would arrive! What is the point of online shopping if you can't even tell us a ballpark ETA? If we instruct you to hand over an item to a security guard, you respect our decision. Furthermore, your delivery person shouted at the guards at our gate! The entire experience is has been disgusting. How dare you treat us like this.
