Disgusting service from UPS Gauteng branch

UPS has the worst service I have experienced in ages. i have tried 3 managers cell numbers, sent messages and after 3 days i still have no answer with regards to my parcel they have lost, let alone being able to get hold of anybody that can assist me. Its absolutely unacceptable that a company can have such *********** staff!!!
