Disgusting service by UPS

We airfreighted from China some missing parts of a consignment, in November. We were contacted by UPS 1st week of December to say we had to pay to get the delivery. We did this immediately and sent through the proof of payment. After many emails and telephone calls to UPS, we still have not had delivery of our parcel. I would not use UPS ever again.
