Disgusting service

I again was sent a parcel from the USA with UPS. There was a delivery date almost from the start. Now it has changed. No delivery date. It says parcel is being held. No feedback to me. If you dial the switchboard and select option 1 you are cut off. If you hold for the receptionist it sounds engaged. If you call COD the phone is not answered. The other 4 numbers I was provided with at another division are not answered or don't exist. I am sure UPS is a great service provider in the USA, but it is not anywhere near that label in South Africa. Disgusting service.
