Disgusted isn’t the word to describe!!

Disgusted is not even the word to describe this appalling service! I have waited for almost a month just to get my delivery from my family and they are withholding it. They haven’t made any effort to call me or reach out to update me. They dispose my package and give me **** excuses about the status of my package. One consultant said they are waiting for SARS as they have a backlog. What **** service is this! Absolutely disgusting!!
