DELIVERY VIA USPS FACILITY JOHANNESBURG

I am expecting a parcel which was ent via USPS and was supposed to be delivered on the 8th June. It went through customs and then to the facility somewhere in Johannesburg. When I try to track it it says “CY***US - Your item could not be delivered on June 11, 2019 at 7:10 pm in SOUTH AFRICA due to a missed delivery. It is scheduled for another delivery attempt today. Today is June 21 already????? We are at a holiday resort which is open 24 hours a day, so I do not understand “FAILED DELIVERY” Is there anyone that knows how I can contact this facility so that I can send a Courier from here to fetch the package?
