Delays caused by UPS, they then demand R5000 to release your parcel. Absolutely appalling!

UPS is a terrible delivery company that holds your parcel at ransom and claims that you would need to pay R5000 to receive the parcel. In addition to this, they claim that you are to pay storage fees of R10 a day. I made payment to release the package on 6th July, it is the 31st of August and I am yet to receive my parcel. I had to be the one to follow up with UPS about my parcel, then suddenly I am told that the delay was caused by me and I need to pay R5000 fee. I need my parcel for work purposes and I am being sent from pillar to post. I would highly recommend that you stay away from UPS.
