Delays and Excuses - No Delivery

Honestly appalling service from UPS!

Our company purchased items from one of suppliers in Europe, due to the nature and value of the items we opted for Air Freight services, unfortunately UPS was chosen as the Courier Service.

Our delivery landed in S.A on the 7th of May, to date we we are still awaiting delivery. After numerous emails, back and forwards still no resolution. Do not event attempt to call them, this will get you no where. (18 Calls in 1 day, all in all 1 hour and 10 minutes on hold, only to speak to 2 people of which weren't even the people I was trying to contact)

I have dealt with the following people in no specific order: Khutso Matlou, Tsokolo Mongale , Keanu Mudra, Donald Matunde and Avalon Smith , and all I am met with is constant excuses (assuming I receive a response) and delays with no resolution...

Will we ever receive our parcel.....
