Delayed and not worth Expedited service.

Late as always. One pays for expedited. Follow up, send through everything in time for clearance. Its always the same. No matter what. I am sorry, this is unacceptable that they dont care, dont respind unless you whatapp a person you know there. Its sad, as one pays for expedited to get it before one leaves for a trip. Now everything is a mess. Terrible. Terrible. Pay extra for FedEx. Trust me!
