Delay at UPS Kempton Park

On several occasions I have has parcel from the UK delayed at UPS Kempton Park. Their tracker says documentation required that they are trying to source but they never contact you for the documents. They just hold the packages until you call to follow up. Eben when documents are submitted, they do not process and this causes further delays.<br> <br> They are EXTREMELY slow and just don't care about customer service. The packages get from the UK via Germany to SA quicker than it does from UPS Kempton Park to its destination.<br> <br> Its a pity that South Africans don't perform at the same levels as their US or EU counterparts!!
