Paid R2800 for priority shopping for a book. One book. Was promised my parcel in 4 business days. It’s now been a week later. No replies to my emails. My calls get cut off when I try obtain a reasonable explanation for what is essentially ****************. I could have paid a fraction for standard shipping and my book would have arrived at the same time. I would like a refund for the difference between priority shipping and standard shipping because this is the service I am getting. Unacceptable.
