Customer service a mith for Tebogo

<p>I called to check that my collection was placed and all in order as last time there was a mix up Tebogo tells me he cannot check but if they said they going to come they will come... wow - pretended to do something put me on indefinate old and came back to tell me he cant find anything that says my parcel wont be collected.</p> <p> </p> <p>He then after telling me he cant transfer my call and he cannot call anyone hung up in my face?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Wow</p> <p>Funny i called the same number and a Lebo was more than happpy and able to help,.</p> <p> </p> <p>Maybe we should as a company be loooking for another courier company </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
