Courier service that ****s people

The worst courier service ever, my mom's parcel has been sitting there since beginning a f April all they have been wanting is money for what what fee we have been paying this company rather seems like a **** more than anything or the stuff members are making it seem like it. We have received a slip for us to Pay A ROADWORTHY DELIVERY FEE! I have never heard of such in my whole life! I have dealt with a caple of courier services but this one is a nightmare we have dealt with Martin, amanda and now Frank but still no delivery all theh come up with is excuses. Our parcel is loaded for delivery then next thing there is a payment to he made so what is actually happening there?? Please deliver my mom's parcel!
