Condescending Staff and NO SERVICE DELIVERY!!!

Rudest Staff, no interest in doing their jobs, I've been hung up on and spoken down to !

Package has been in warehouse for ages and UPS does not communicate at all with what is required for the next step.

Instead I must call daily and daily be told now we need this now do that .....

Yet no movement on parcel still in warehouse sine 25 05 22
