Completely unreasonable

No concerted effort to get hold of us on the multiple numbers supp**** in shipment information and then claiming they tried to call us 4 times on our land-line without any records of any attempts and then sending parcel into holding and forcing us to pay 5000ZAR to get it out. Absolutely no service and completely unreasonable. From now on we use other courier services even if we end up paying more as Ups fails us every time.
