Complaint re extremely poor customer service

It's a pity there is not a zero star rating! Because that's what UPS south africa deserves! I'm now waiting 1h 31m for an agent. Really pathetic non existent customer service.... voice over says our calls are important to them....and we'll be attended to shortly....flip....going on 2 hours I don't think so. Whoever is in charge of this call centre/courier service provider....should be held accountable and fired for this shoddy service. Or rather lack thereof. It's no wonder they have such poor reviews.
