**** Company

I am very disappointed 😢 with their service, I am starting to believe they are a **** company, i paid for import duties for my parcel in February 2023, I have been doing a follow up for the past 5 months and now they want to refund me for the tax I paid because the parcel was mistakenly sent to the abandon cage and can not be retrieved, who will refund me for the money I spent on buying the goods worth more than R3000 . The supplier can not give me my refund because the parcel is already with UPS , and I am told there is nothing they can do on their side .

I will never use this courier again , this is an acceptable. Is there anyone who knows how I can report this company , is there an Ombudsman who deals with courier companies because this is not acceptable.
