CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS

I must say I was impressed with customer service UPS South Africa, their swift response and care of the drivers, however the disappointment at the end of the journey is beyond belief. I sent a small parcel to my grandchildren in Canada with ****** bread cookies Christmas decorations: Y*** For a grandmother, the smile on your grandchildren faces is priceless. Christmas should be filled with joy and children laughter, that what it is all about. The parcel arrived with only a few ****** bread decorations, paper and bubble wrap, I guess you can not hang a paper on Christmas tree, don’t you? It is not about the money because nothing will compensate my granddaughter disappointment, children do not comprehend that there are people in the world that help themselves to somebody’s property. My granddaughter will not have Christmas tree decorated with grandma’s cookies, not this year, thanks to UPS. Just hope whoever helped themselves to the cookies will have good Christmas and not hear my granddaughter cry.
