Choose an alternative!
Customer service is very poor! For one you struggle to get through to them on the phone and then when you eventually do the people who answer the phone are extremely rude and completely unfriendly and will not even try and go out there way to help you in the slightest.

I called on Monday to ask about tracking on my parcel and after I gave the guy consultant my tracking number he’s response was simply ‘it hasn’t been cleared through customs, bye’ . I called this morning and spoke to a lady and I tried to asked her a question on my parcel and she was completely abrupt, also I email your consultant James who didn’t even acknowledge my reply until I emailed him to ask him if he a received my email.

06 Nov 2020, 16:32Just to add to this, UPS had charged me customs fee on my postage, please be aware!!! They’re officially the worst courier I have dealt with! I paid them yesterday immediate payment so they could release the parcel yesterday as I am on a tight time line and called James this morning to find out that it wasn’t released and that it would definitely be released today and it’s still not released!

Just to add to this, UPS had charged me customs fee on my postage, please be aware!!! They’re officially the worst courier I have dealt with! I paid them yesterday immediate payment so they could release the parcel yesterday as I am on a tight time line and called James this morning to find out that it wasn’t released and that it would definitely be released today and it’s still not released!
