Cant book a delivery from SA to UK and UNISA

Good Day <br> <br> I have tried emailing and following the steps to track my package from UNISA with the following steps:All study material for the international students is sent via UPS Courier Services.<br> Please use the link:<br> [URL Removed]<br> Step 1 - Click on the 'Tracking' tab and then click on 'Track by Reference' on the Tracking page.<br> Step 2 - Indicate your shipment type as 'Package'.<br> Step 3 - Select your shipment date range and type your Student Number in the Shipment Reference.<br> Step 4 - Click on the 'Track' button to complete the process. on the UPS website but keep receiving a message <br> However, when i go onto the UPS site it gives me this answer: <br> >UPS could not locate the shipment details for your request. Verify your information and try again.<br> Please could someone assist with this urgently. I have also emailed UNISA and no one has rep****. Please note this package is to come the UK and i have paid the foreign levy.<br> I am also trying to book a delivery for a parcel from SA to UK and am unable to do this on your website as it gives me a message stating that cant place orders from the country of origin. My student number is ***3<br> <br> Thanks
