Billed for Storage because UPS is slow

Parcel was shipped from England on 10/21/2015. Reached SA in 3 Days....downhill from there.<br> Had to follow up 10+ Times as to whats happening, Tebogo Sesedi Moncho did not even bother to respond to emails.<br> The invoice supp**** by the seller was not accepted (By definition it was an invoice and met all criteria to be one)<br> No-one could explain what was wrong with it.<br> <br> I eventually received the invoice for import tax on Thu 2015-12-17 03:53 PM.<br> <br> Today I follow up as the package is still in their warehouse only to be confronted by a storage charge of R380<br> <br> This is unacceptable, I did everything in my ability to make this happen a fast as possible, now they want me to pay for their staff's incompetence.
