bad service/communication

this review is regarding the shipment 1ZV3988XD*** i have not heard from the agent handling this shipment since last week even though i submitted all the required papers and payments he asked me for . we utilize ups services so that our shipment arrives fas,t if i wanted my shipment to arrive in 2 months i would not use airfreight . i called today twice both times i waited on your call centre for 20 minutes without getting through to anyone i spent R100 waiting on the line plus the 40 minutes of waisted time ??? i email i dont get reply i call no one picks up .... agent helping me out with this shipment is Lesedi moleko please provide me with an info as to whats taking so long .
