BAD Service provided by UPS

What an absolutely **** service I received from UPS!!! A business associate in Portugal sent me 2 packages on 06 august 2020. The first package arrived here approximately a week later. !!The other one, I received notice that SARS wanted to look at the package. but I had to contact them at end of August to find out what happened. They said SARS had to look at it. I had to phone them again, at beginning of september to ask so where must I pay. I paid promptly on the same day, on Sept 10, 2020 and only received my package yesterday. Absolutely shocking service (14 september 2020). Will NEVER recommend them to anyone!!!!!
