BAD Service From UPS agents

I have sent in an email, to have my goods collected for shipment, Fikile Mahlangu has not responded me, the enquiry I made is as simple as dispatching someone to collect the items or advise if she will not be able to assist me, I have provided all details.

it is quite frustrating because, all it takes is one getting someone keeping you on the loop.
