Bad Service don’t use this company.

Don’t use this UPS ,they don’t have a clue. Purchase of EBay in USA. Supplier sent it to me via UPS EBay and supplier have my email and Cell no. I get a tracking report to say product will be delivered today. I phoned up UPS and was told the product is at customs at OR Tambo But no one could contact me as they did not have my contact details.

Do you think UPS and EBay would send something to SA without all my contact details. Never had this problem before when I buy from USA. If I did not phone UPS Kempton Park i probably would never receive the product as it would be stuck at the airport.

Amazing UPS in South Africa have Terrible Reviews but it don’t seem to worry them.
