bad service

I received a email from Amazon that my delivery can not be done.

I phoned ups South Africa and they looked on the system and said the recipient was not available.

That is a total lie i am at home and was waiting for the delivery they did not even phone or pres the horn on the vehicle.

I impression is the guy wanted a early day off and just returned to the office .

I received the email at 15:49 SA time and phoned 16:24 SA time then e was alrady in the office.

My opinion is extremely bad service from UPS
