BAD SERVICE

I ordered on the 20th of Nov, I kept checking on the UPS app for my package, no update as to where my package was for a week. When I went to check on their sight it said there is a slight delay in delivery. Today the 27th, when I checked it had been updated that my package was delivered on the 25th to a Bongiwe I do not know. No reference provided when I contacted them regarding my issue.
