BAD SERVICE!!!

BAD SERVICE!!!

I have called in to ***, and while explaining the situation I am faced with – the lady that I was talking to just DROPPED THE CALL (I swear I could hear a ‘sigh’ before I was dropped)!! I called back, and the call was DROPPED AGAIN . Called a 3rd time, went through to reception, who put me through to a ‘Megan’(someone senior I was told) – there was NO answer. Stayed on the line for more than 10 minutes!! This service is disappointing to say the least!!!!!! And for the tracking system. Initially, when checked on tracking when the parcel was booked, it showed delivery to me on Thursday - then checked again it said delivery on Friday - checked again and no delivery details!! I have angry customers due to this perthitic service!
