Bad service

UPS is the worst courier service, you have to follow them up for you to get updated about your parcel, and on top of that, they charge you custom clearance ridiculous amount of money for something that is not even up to 1kg.....I ordered 5 dresses and they weigh 0,5kg I paid R458 for these and they told me I have to pay R550 for custom clearance??? I always order International bought something for R8k the custom clearance I was charged was R1000 which makes sense this was Aramex again it was clothes! Don't use UPS they're not professional it was my first time using it and last! I usually use Aramex, DHL or FedEx never had issues this time my supplier was the one who chose UPS
