Bad service

<p>I got a call from a lady named Kagiso on Friday 28th April to ask me to send some documents, she would submit them to customs.</p> <p>When I checked the tracking this morning 03/05/2017, it was updated 02/05/2017 to documents still required.</p> <p>I inquired telephonically this morning and I was told I must send the documents again for Kagiso is in Hospital. And she did not submit the forms</p> <p>I send another email to ask why the documents where not sent on Friday, and the answer I get is the documents where submitted today and "Kindly be advised shipment pending customs release for Delivery and payment " That was the reply from MAverick</p> <p>If the documents where submitted in time, I am sure I would have gottten my shimpent by Friday.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like answers at the soonest.</p>
