BAD SERVICE!

i got a call from Kagiso at UPS on the 28/04/2016 requesting a certified ID copy and proof of address for my G-star delivery , i sent the required documents on the 29/04/2016 and no response received. She then called me on the 02/05/2016 in the morning saying she wasn't available on Friday and my documents are short of proof of address of my workplace where my things will be delivered at. I sent the proof to her on the 03/05/2016 as the 02/05/2016 was a holiday. I called on the 04/05/2016 was placed on hold more than once without routing my call to the correct person, then i got one lady who said to me Kagiso isn't at work and my enq will only be attended by her, i asked her what will happen if she isn't going to pitch for work or dies what then, she shut me by giving me an email address of someone by the surname of Masango who is a Team leader , i sent all that information to the Team Leader who hasn't responded even by now.
