Bad service!

Tracking Number: 1ZXA***<br> <br> Status: Held in Warehouse<br> Shipped To: KEMPTON PARK, , ZA<br> this is all I get when I check the website the whole time it said that the packaged would be delivered today, then I phone yesterday to find out what going on oh they needed my details, but no one phoned me to get it??? I mean what the hell, this morning I phone for feedback and this arrogant bladdy person , telling me I can thelp you phone brokerage you get it next week when you get it!!!! This is a bladdy present I need for sunday, and seeing that you didn't do your job you telling me that you can fix it and have my parcel ready today I will even collect it myself!!! really I worked in the industry , I would phone customs and they would have it cleared as a priority. no this girl form brokerage just transfer me back to track and trace!! this is pathetic. if I knew you were so bad I would've sent my own courier service and not have used the recommended one on the website. I will lay a complaint with the supplier GSTAR as well for you lack of service.!! I
