Bad service

<p>I would like to log a complain on a poor service I have received from one of your stuff member in Johannesburg her name is Kagiso Mogotsi.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have called through several times to get assistance from her in terms of what is required of me to get my package delivered, She made me resend my document every time I call through to follow up on my delivery and today she asked me to resend documents again and while I was on the line with her trying to find out more about the delivery she told me that there’s another call coming through and she needs to help and I asked her if am I not a customer instead she told me she needs to go and hung up on me.</p>
