Bad Delivery Service

<p>I was sitting at my offices waiting for the delivery to happen till 17h00 today. This was the update on my package tracking:</p> <p>"The receiving business was closed at the time of the first delivery attempt. A second attempt will be made."</p> <p>The above was updated at 16h56, and I received no phone calls on my mobile number that these guys have, or any type of communication (I was at reception from 16h00 till 17h00). UPS is a global company, surely they should phone the receiver when arriving at the address and need access to the building or whatever the case my be.</p> <p>I am 99% sure the delivery would never have happened today and that nobody was actually at our office park, which is open 24/7 by the way. I spoke to their agents in Johannesburg at 16h05 and asked if the delivery was still on its way, and he said he will phone me back which also did not happen. Really exceptionally poor service from them!</p>
