BAD BAD SERVICE!

I have never come across such *********** people! My parcel has been in JHB 2 weeks. I paid fees and after fighting everyday still have not received parcel. everyday its a different excuse. I spoke to Meagen, Anelle, Shadie, Eugene, Molefe, Thabiseng and so the list continues. PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM UPS!!! if you use them you will have nothing but frustrations and anger to fill your day!. Rather use DHL, at least there is the correct management, and you get your parcel with in 3days
